Preparation for the Ayahuasca journey

Before making any arrangements, we schedule an interview via Google meet between the participant and the Shaman. We will provide a translator during the interview. This step typically takes around 20 minutes. During this interview, we will discuss your intentions, what you hope to heal or discover, and establish clear goals for your retreat journey. If we determine that you are mentally and emotionally prepared for this profound experience, and after reflecting upon your intentions, fears, and expectations, we will be delighted to have you join our spiritual retreat and help you embark on your ayahuasca journey

The arrangements for the dates will be made in the UK through our agent. We recommend arriving in Santa Cruz de la Sierra one or two days prior to the start of the program. To help organize the group for the retreat, we will create a WhatsApp group. Typically, there are between 7 and 13 participants.

The cost of the flight is not included in the package, but we will provide you with advice from the UK on the most direct way to reach Viru-Viru Airport in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. We will also provide you with all the necessary details regarding paperwork and items needed for the trip.

A representative from Ayahuasca-UK & Conciencia Cosmica will be present at Santa Cruz Airport to greet you upon your arrival. You will then be transported to the Santa Cruz retreat along with the rest of the group, ensuring that everyone arrives safely and is accommodated without worry.

The dietary restrictions preceding an Ayahuasca ceremony are critical in ensuring a profound and effective experience. While the specifics of the diet may vary from one culture to another, a common consensus prevails regarding the absolute prohibition of alcohol, drugs, any kind of sexual activities, certain medications, pork, red meat, excessive salt, spices, and chocolate, any kind of fermented food. Before the event, we will provide you with a special diet to follow. Ayahuasca can be physically and emotionally demanding, so it's important to prioritize self-care before the retreat. Make sure you get enough rest, nourish your body with healthy food, engage in gentle exercise, and surround yourself with supportive people.
We will make an effort to make your meals as appealing to your personal needs as possible, although certain foods and drinks are not advisable at least two days before the ceremonies.

Once you reach our retreat in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, you will be checked in by one of our nurses who works for us. They will complete all your details, and the remaining payment will be made at the Conciencia Cosmica retreat. Typically, we require a £500 booking fee prior to arrival, with the remaining bala paid in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. However if You feel more confortable paying the full amount in Santa Cruz We will just need evidence of your flight ticket to keep You booked
