Firstly You be requires to an interview schedules on Google meets or Zoom meeting. The interview will take around 20 minutes. There is not any cost.If You are committed and fully prepared to join the retreat We will confirm to You at the end of the interview online.

To book retreat You have the option to put down a deposit amount before the programme or to pay the full payment on the retreat (usually in our center in Santa Cruz-Conciencia Cosmica).

Your final destination is SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA (BOLIVIA). The airport code is VVI..Booking the flight is not complicated but if You need assistance You can just contact with us.

The latest we recommend you arrive is on the day before the program begins. 

Yes. Obviously , no matter where You go, there will be certain risks like every country or city. Fortunately Samaipata is very safe, with almost no reported crime. Crime rates are low in Samaipata and is well patrolled by police and security. 

No. British or European Union travellers do not need a visa. Usually  You will get a 90 days lenght stay. If  You need to extend longer period We can give you assistance to apply  the extension. USA travellers need to apply a visa in the local consulate before entering the country.

Our accommodation is arranged in single, doubles and dormitories (shared between 3-6 people).All rooms have  shared bathroom facilities.
You're usually given a choice, and can pay a bit more for your own room or double room for couples.
The rooms shared has four beds. However You will be able to chose your accomodation.

The outlets in Bolivia operates on a 230V supply voltage. That means You will not need a converter but justa travel adaptor. If You do not bring any with You We will provide adaptor for brittish  or european standards.

No. Bolivia does not require any vaccinations  and We do not recommend getting any either.

Bolivia populated area has very low risk. antimalarial tablets are not usually recommended, however, they can be considered for certain travellers who may be at higher risk e.g. at the end of the retreat longer stay in the amazónic rural areas in Bolivia, visiting friends or those with medical conditions,

There is free time to visit the Samaipata town centre and usually We will schedule a few activities outside the retreat, your participation is entirely voluntary. However You will have free time following some relevant rules to the safety of yourself or others.                                                                                                                

Providing your Doctor/Medical Specialist approves then yes you may attend the retreat. However it is important that you inform us as far in advance of your retreat as possible of any medical or general health issues that may affect your time at the retreat, so that as & where appropriate & possible we can make any adjustments required for your stay.

Our retreat is located 15 away from the nearest medical clinic. In the last five years with over two hundred participants We have has one emergency for a bad burn. We have a qualified nurse in the retreat in case  of cuts or sprains ir other minor injuries. 

Yes. If You arrive early, You will need to pay your own expenses until the program begins. Once the program has begun You will need to pay for very litte. You might need money for gifts or souvenirs etc.We recommend bringing some $USD  and exchange in Bolivia for the local currency (bolivianos). 

There is plenty of ATMs in Santa Cruz and Samaipata. Credit cards are also easy to use at most establishments.

We take a maximun of twelve people so usually we have between 7 and maximum 11. We keep our groups limited to that amount of participants.

For the group retreats, You are encouraged to arrive or depart on the designated arrival/departure days at whatever time works best for your travel schedule. We will have transportation arranged at set times, to and from nearby airports and/or train stations. Anything outside of these arranged times, will need to be coordinated by you, and we are happy to float suggestions to make it easier. 

Yes. You will be met in the airport and escorted to Conciencia Cosmica in Santa  Cruz and to Samaipata to the retreat. Regardless of what day or time You arrive You will still be picked up at the airport.

You should eat light vegetarian food  five days before and after the ceremony. Eating only raw food on the day of the ceremony is most recommend.

The food prepared at the retreat is prepared by our  cooker who provide you with a well rounded, healthy and plentiful diet throughout your stay whilst adhering to the essential restrictions. 

 We use local products and You will be happy with the quality of food along the retreat. 

Our retreats are facilitated in English  and Spanish. We require all participants to speak at least a conversational level of English or Spanish in order to attend.

Yes couples are welcome at the retreat.

Many couples are contemplating doing Ayahuasca together as a way to help heal themselves and their relationship.  One  journey on Ayahuasca can be equal to 10 years of counseling. 

We do not have wifi freely available at the retreat as We encourage a ''technology free dieta'' while working with Ayahuasca. You may connect your smart phone. If You need for any emergency at any time our staff will connect you on their computer.  However We will give out the wifi passwords 2-3 hours per day (Usually morning or afternoon time). 

Sex process Itself expels a large amount of energy and opens up the energy field. Its important to completely restrict all type of sexual activity at least 7 days before and along the retreat.

Mostly Auahuasca retreats ban manufactured and chemical cigarettes. We advise not to smoke along the retreat and on the day of the ceremonies at least, however You are allowed to smoke so take those with You because We will not provide them plus a lighter if You wish to smoke.

The earliest We recommend booking your return flight is the last day of the program or the day after.
We will transport every participant to Viru Viru international airport in Santa Cruz.
